from your Web
site using their
email and
password - they
never need to
remember any FTP
information. Simply
put a link on
your site that
links to your
own branded
version of
Sitebuilder! No
integration, nothing
to install,
works with all
server
platforms.
Publishing the
site
When
the customer is
finished editing
their site and
selects
"Publish", the
application will
FTP the site
HTML, scipts and
images to the
location you
specified for
that user in
SBSmanager (your
SiteServices
control panel).
The FTP location
for each user is
independently
set, so there
are no
restrictions on
where the server
is located or
that all users
must be in the
same location.

does not offer
any site hosting
services so you
must supply the
hosting and DNS
services or you
could be
reselling
another
company's
hosting
services. We
provide full
step-by-step
guides on
configuring your
users.
Fully
Branded to You
All login
windows and
interactions
with your
customers are
branded to you
and River-City.net
is never
visible. Your
Branding Bar (at
the top of every
SiteBuilder
session) is
auto-generated
upon sign-up
with your brand
name and links
to your site.
Plus you
can replace it
with your own
creation to make
it an extension
of your Web site
look and feel
including logos,
special offers
and links. When
you customize
your Bar
you just place
this HTML on
your servers and
then enter its
url location
into SBSmanager.
Free 30 day
Trial System
Visitors to you
site can
register for a
Free Trial of
SiteCreator or
SiteBuilder and
be given full
access to the
system for 30
days. Your sales
team is notified
by emailed with
each new Trial
user's details,
and the user is
sent a
customizable
Welcome email.
When a user
decides to
signup for your
hosting
services, just
update their
record in
SBSmanager and
the next time
they login they
will be able to
publish their
site. There are
no extra
passwords or FTP
info for the
user to
remember.
Customer
managment with
SBSmanager
You
have total
control over
your users
access to your
SiteCreator or
SiteBuilder via
the SBSmanager
control panel.
Through
SBSmanager you
can add new
users, convert
Trial users to
Active, and
manage all FTP
details. You can
even suspend
users and
reactive when
required. Access
to SBSmanager is
by 128-bit
secure browser
session or
programatically
via the SBS API
if you've
selected the PRO
level service.
SiteBuilder
Service Charges
Each month the
total number of
customers that
you have set to
Active in
SBSmanager are
charged to you
at the per user
rate. For
example
25 Active SB100
users @ $5 each
is $125 for that
month. The
number of users
is not pro-rated
for users that
were added part
way through the
month. Each user
has unlimited
access to the
service for the
one monthly fee.
Trial users are
no charge.
User
Suspension and
Deletion
You can suspend
a users access
at any time by
updating their
record in
SBSmanager from
"Active" to
"Suspended".
Their record
remains intact
and can be
reactivated at
any time. User
records can also
be deleted when
they are no
longer a
customer. There
is no fee for
users that have
a status of
suspended or
deleted for the
entire month.
